Indian Style Pasta


This Pasta is a delightful recipe made with the boiling pasta and lots of tasty vegetables, which are flavored with chilies and sauces. This is an aromatic Indo-Chinese snack or appetizer to serve for the empty stomach because it is so quick in making and extremely tasty in eating.
Being a lazy person, I love the food which can be easily made. This Recipe is one of my favorites as it is easy to made and comes out delicious as well.

INGREDIENTS: 
  • Veggies: Tomatoes, Onion, Capsicum, Garlic, Green Chilly
  • Sauces: Tomato sauce, green chili sauce, soy sauce and vinegar
  • Spices: Salt and Pepper
  • Pasta, oil, and Water
DIRECTIONS:
Boil water and add pasta and a little salt. It will take only 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the veggies. Then heat oil in the pan and add garlic, chilies and remaining vegetables. Saute them well for 5 minutes on high flame. Now add pasta and mix. It is now ready.
NOTES:
  • You can use any vegetables of your choice.
  • If you don’t have vinegar, you can skip it.
